Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Hugocart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@hugocart.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
